Link and website blocking

PTSB Protect automatically blocks access to dangerous websites linked in suspicious text messages. This helps protect you from phishing attempts and online fraud. 

  • Screen 1: You receive a suspicious text message. 
  • Screen 2: You tap on the suspicious link in the text message.
  • Screen 3: PTSB Protect disabled. The website is accessible.
  • Screen 4: PTSB Protect enabled. The website is blocked for your safety.

Phone number blocking 

PTSB Protect detects and blocks text messages from known fraudulent phone numbers, reducing the risk of scam messages reaching you. 

  • Screen 1: You receive a suspicious text message. 
  • Screen 2: You tap on the message details. 
  • Screen 3: PTSB Protect disabled. No warning is provided. 
  • Screen 4: PTSB Protect enabled. A warning appears.

Content and text blocking

PTSB Protect detects and blocks text messages that match formats that are commonly used in fraud scams. Fraud text messages often follow specific patterns or use certain keywords, making these texts easier to identify and are blocked before they reach you.

  • Screen 1: When you receive a suspicious text message.

  • Screen 3: PTSB Protect disabled. No warning is provided. 
  • Screen 4: PTSB Protect enabled. A warning appears.
