We understand that COVID-19 is impacting how you go about your daily life during this challenging and unprecedented time. As we practice social distancing safely, remember that you can carry out your day-to-day banking through Open24.ie or via our mobile banking app.
From checking your transactions and paying bills, to transferring money from your account and managing your standing orders, you can bank from the comfort of your home, day or night.
We understand that convenience and accessibility is important for our customers at this time so here’s how you can register for online banking in just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Call 0818 50 24 24
Give us a call on 0818 50 24 24 and choose the option to “Register for Open24”. You’ll be asked for your Open24 number which is printed on the back of your Visa Debit Card. After we confirm your identity with some simple security questions, we'll set you up.
Step 2: Temporary Password
We'll give you a temporary internet password to log into Open24.ie for the first time. Once you're logged in, you will need to change it to a password of your choice. You’ll find some helpful tips below for setting up a strong password.
Step 3: Personal Access Number
You'll also need to create a 6 digit Personal Access Number while on the call. If you want to write down your password and access number in case you forget them, we recommend keeping them somewhere safe and secure where only you can access them.
If for some reason you are unable to call us to set up your online banking, our staff in branch will also be able to assist you. Once registered for online banking, you will be able to login from home going forward to carry out your day-to-day banking requirements.
Once you're registered, it’s time to log in to Open24.ie and get started. You can log in by following just 3 simple steps below:
