Customer Update Scheduled Maintenance
Customers, due to essential scheduled maintenance, our Open24 and Business24 websites, mobile app, automated telephone banking service and Open banking (TPP) Account info and payment services will be unavailable from 22:00 Saturday 23 November to 02:00 Sunday 24 November. Some services will also be unavailable 05:00 to 07:00 Sunday 24 November which include PTSB ATMs, PTSB Visa Debit card transactions, including in-store, online, mobile payments (Google & Apple Pay) and ATM transactions.
