To be considered for the Programme candidates must have graduated with a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ Level 8) or be on track to achieve a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent during the time period outlined on the Role Profile.
The Programme runs for 24 months and consists of periodic rotations, structured towards enabling graduates to gain insight and exposure to different teams and roles related to our business.
You will be invited to complete an online assessment and if successful, invited to a phone interview, followed by our Graduate Assessment Centre where you will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from different areas of the business.
