We have released a new version of the PTSB App for Android to our customers (version 11.7.1) to support the renewal of a mandatory security certificate which took place Saturday 26th April 2025. PTSB is required to have certain security certificates in place to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of security to our customers while using the PTSB app.

If you are an Android user and did not update your app to version 11.7.1 before Saturday 26th April 2025, you will not be able to access the app until you update to version 11.7.1.

Once you have updated to the new version of the app, you will then be required to log in using your Open24 number and internet password. Your Open24 number is located on your visa debit card.

If you don’t see version 11.7.1 of the PTSB App in your Play Store, simply follow the steps outlined in the Play Store support guide here. Once completed, the latest app version 11.7.1 will be available for you to update to.
