Due to the red weather warning in place across Ireland, and in the interest of the safety of our customers and colleagues, our branches and customer service contact centre are closed on Friday, 24 January.
Our fraud line will be temporarily closed between 4am and 7am on Friday, 24 January, and will re-open at 7am with limited capacity while the weather warnings remain in place.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will continue to closely monitor weather advice. All other services, including the PTSB App and Open24 Online Banking are operating as normal.
To support our customers over the weekend, our customer service contact centre will operate with extended opening hours on Saturday, 25 January, opening between 10am and 5pm.
