Payment for Christmas and New Year’s

Over the Christmas and New Year’s period, payments will be processed as follows:

• Those sent on the 25 and 26 December will be processed on 27 December 2024.
• Those sent on 1 January will be processed on the 2 January 2025. This is due to Euro clearing and settlement system being closed.

If you are a Personal Customer with PTSB, please ensure your account is sufficiently funded to cover all payments over this period, as payment due dates may vary due to these public holidays.

If you are a Business Customer with PTSB, please ensure payments are submitted early to avoid any potential delays.

We would advise submitting payments such as salaries or bills with a due date before 20 December 2024, to ensure these are processed prior to the Christmas period.
