Customer Update Scheduled Maintenance Friday 21 March

We will be completing essential scheduled maintenance across our app and online banking websites from 22:00 Friday 21 March to 04:00 Saturday  22 March.

The following services will be unavailable during this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause:

  • Open24 and Business24 websites
  • Mobile Banking App
  • eCommerce SCA Challenge services 

The following services will remain available throughout the maintenance period:

  • Lost/Stolen card helpline - 1800 687 687 or +353(1) 212 4290, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • PTSB ATMs
  • Debit & Credit Card transactions
  • Apple & Google Pay transactions
  • eCommerce SCA exempt services

We will be completing essential scheduled maintenance across our app and online banking websites from 05:00 - 08:00 Sunday 23 March .

The following services will be unavailable during this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause:

  • PTSB ATMs
  • PTSB Visa Debit card transactions, including in-store, online, mobile payments (Google & Apple Pay) and ATM transactions

The following services will remain available throughout the maintenance period:
