We will be completing essential scheduled maintenance across our app and online banking websites from 22:00 Saturday 15 February to 04:00 Sunday 16 February.
The following services will be unavailable during this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause:
- Open24 and Business24 websites
- Mobile Banking App
- Automated Telephone Banking Service
- Open banking (TPP) Account info and payment services
- eCommerce SCA Challenge services
- Incoming Instant SEPA Credit Transfer payments
The following services will remain available throughout the maintenance period:
- Lost/Stolen card helpline - 1800 687 687 or +353(1) 212 4290, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- PTSB ATMs
- Debit & Credit Card transactions
- Apple & Google Pay transactions
- eCommerce SCA exempt services
