A dispute / chargeback is a process which your bank enters with a Merchant and returns the payment from your card back to the Merchant.

You will need to provide detailed information of the transaction and the reasons why you wish to dispute it.
There are many different types of disputes and based on your specific enquiry, you may need to provide additional documentation to proceed with the dispute.
