At PTSB, we're making everyday banking easier by introducing new card features in the PTSB App to allow you greater control and security.

New in-app features

You can now have more control over your cards and day-to-day banking in-app. New features include:

Freeze and unfreeze your Debit or Credit Card in-app.
You can replace your Debit Card as lost or stolen in-app.
You can replace your Debit Card as damaged in-app.

Take control of card-related issues you may encounter through the PTSB App and Open24 Online Banking.

Quickly, and easily freeze or unfreeze your card.
Forgot your card's PIN? View your PIN or unblock your card -Visa Debit Card only.
If your Debit Card has been damaged, you can order a replacement.
Link your card to Google Pay or Apple Pay

Forgot your card's PIN? Order a PIN reminder.
If your Debit Card has been damaged, you can order a replacement.
If your Debit Card has been lost/stolen, you can cancel and order a replacement.
