Order a PIN reminder

 

Order a PIN reminder through the PTSB App

  1. Log in to the PTSB App.
  2. Select "Manage Cards and PINs" on the main menu.
  3. Select "View Card PIN".
  4. Select "Continue".
  5. Enter 3 digits from your Personal Access Number (PAN).
  6. Press and hold the "Hold to view PIN" button to reveal your PIN.

 

Order a PIN reminder through Open24 Online Banking

  1. Log in to Open24 Online Banking on a desktop, laptop or tablet.
  2. Select "Other Services" on the left-hand navigation bar.
  3. Select "Do More".
  4. Select "Order a PIN reminder".
  5. Once completed you will receive your reminder PIN in the post in 3 to 5 working days.

 

Important information

If a PIN reminder to unblock a Visa Debit Card or Deposit Card is done before 5pm today, you will be able to use the card again after midnight tonight, only if the PIN is unblocked between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If the card is unblocked after 6pm on a Friday it will unblock on Monday at midnight.
