We’ve listened to customer feedback, and soon you will be able to receive some letters about your banking faster and more sustainably, by email instead of post.

Digital Correspondence is the process of receiving some documents, notifications and communications by email instead of through paper mail. From 23 of June 2025 customers will be able to receive some letters and documents faster, and more sustainably, by email instead of post. Over time, more letters will be added, and we will also start to send documentation to your Online Banking or PTSB App.
We are gradually introducing Digital Correspondence as an alternative to paper letters sent by post. At first this will only be for certain letters or documents, and you will still receive other communications from us by post.
If you have been notified of your registration for Digital Correspondence, you don’t need to do anything.
