We are aware of fraudulent text messages in circulation pretending to be from PTSB. We will only ever ask you to contact our Fraud Department on 01 669 5851 for suspected unusual activity. PTSB will never ask you for your passwords, send you a one time passcode, or ask you to transfer funds to a "safe account".
