Register for Open24 Online Banking

1. Call 0818 50 24 24 and have your Open24 number ready. You'll find it on the back of your Visa Debit Card. We need this number to confirm your identity. 
2. We'll provide you with a temporary password over the phone during the call, which you'll use to log in to Open24 for the first time.
3. Set up a secure 6 digit Personal Access Number. You will need this number to access your account. 

Logging in for the first time?

1. Visit Open24.ie on a PC or laptop (this cannot be done on a mobile device) and enter your Open24 number (it's on the back of your Visa Debit Card).
2. Enter the temporary password the agent provided you over the phone.
3. Enter 3 digits of your 6 digit Personal Access Number you created over the phone. 

You are now logged in. 

Download the PTSB App

Once you have registered for Open24, you can download the PTSB App to your chosen device.

Whether you need to freeze or unfreeze your card, report your Debit Card lost, stolen or damaged, or get in touch with us through Support Chat, it's all available within the PTSB App. Follow this step by step guide on how to set it up. 

Once you've downloaded the PTSB App, you can make the most of your Online Banking experience by: 

• Setting up PTSB Protect. Our award winning anti-fraud protection, designed to further protect you.
• Setting up SCA and understanding more about how SCA protects you when shopping online. 
• Setting up eStatements to help you manage your online banking and get statements when you need.
