Goods and services not received

If you have not received your goods or services, follow this guide to raise a dispute.

ATM dispense issues

If you've experienced a problem withdrawing cash from an ATM such as not receiving the money you requested, or receiving the incorrect amount, follow this guide to raise a dispute.

Not as described or defective merchandise or service

If you paid for goods or services that aren't as described at the time of purchase or are defective, follow this guide to raise a dispute.

Subscription block

If a company is charging your Visa Debit or Credit Card for regular payments and you wish to cancel the subscription, we're here to help you raise a dispute.

Credit not processed

If a merchant has promised you a refund that hasn't been processed, you can raise a credit not processed dispute, follow this guide to raise a dispute
