Ploughing Championship Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  2. PTSB will hold this draw in its Head Office (defined below). Visitors to the PTSB Ploughing stand can enter the draw during the period from 17th September 2024 to the 19th September 2024 (the “Qualifying Period”), the draw will take place on Thursday 24th September 2024. The prize will comprise of two tickets to the Late Late show in Dublin 4 on the night of Friday 22nd November 2024. There is no cash alternative to the prize on offer.
  3. The prize will be awarded to the winning entrant who enters the draw at the 2024 Ploughing Championship during the Qualifying Period.
  4. To enter the draw, the entrant must complete the contact details on the form and give the entry form to a member of PTSB staff present at the PTSB Ploughing Stand or put it in the entry box on the PTSB Ploughing Stand.
  5. The closing date for the draw is 5pm on Friday the 19th September 2024. It is not a requirement of the draw to purchase a PTSB product or service.
  6. The winner will be the first entrant randomly chosen from all entrants who have entered the draw during the Qualifying Period at the 2024 Ploughing Championship.
  7. PTSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all of the draws or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 8. Only one entry per person is permitted to the draw.
  8. By entering a draw for this prize the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. The draw will take place on the morning of Tuesday 17th September 2024 at PTSB 56-59 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 (PTSB’s “Head Office”) and the winner will be notified immediately thereafter by email or phone. The winner may collect the prize at a PTSB branch of the winner’s choice or advise an address for the tickets to be posted to. Any expense incurred by the winner in the collection of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
  10. If the prize is accepted, PTSB reserves the right to announce and/or publish the winner’s name.
  11. The employees of PTSB are not eligible to enter the draws.
  12. PTSB reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions in its absolute discretion as PTSB may require, including after the Qualifying Period.
  13. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the draw.
  14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, PTSB reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and the prize will be forfeited. In such case, another winner will be chosen in accordance with the procedure above.
  16. PTSB’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the draw will be final. Correspondence will only be necessary for PTSB to contact the winner and arrange delivery or collection of the prize, or to inform you of any change to the terms and conditions.
  17. PTSB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw or amend these terms and conditions without notice for any reason subject to applicable law.
  18. Personal data: Your personal details will be collected by PTSB but will not be disclosed outside PTSB. Your personal details will be used to inform you if you are the winner of the draw, inform you of any change to the terms and conditions, and, where you have indicated on this form, to contact you regarding PTSB product(s). Your details will be held by us for a period commencing with the date on which you handed in the entry form and ending 6 weeks after the 12th July 2024. Where you have requested information in relation to PTSB product(s), PTSB will seek to contact you up to 6 weeks from the time you handed in the form using the details you have provided. You may request a copy of any personal data that we hold about you and to have inaccuracies in that data corrected, by writing to Data Subject Rights, Permanent TSB plc, 56/59 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 H489. Lending criteria, terms and conditions will apply. Applicants for credit must be 18 years or over. Mortgage approval is subject to assessment of suitability and affordability. Home and Life Insurance and security are required. Home insurance is arranged by permanent tsb p.l.c. and underwritten by Allianz p.l.c. permanent tsb is appointed as a Single Agency Intermediary of Allianz p.l.c. for Home Insurance. Allianz is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. permanent tsb is tied to Irish Life Assurance plc, for life and pension products.
