The Sandbox enables you to test your application’s integration with our suite of APIs. It is available to authorised TPPs or those who have applied for authorisation. It will provide the ability to test functionality such as:
In order to test the exchange of qualified certificates in the Sandbox environment, you will require a qualified certificate for electronic seals ("QSealC") and a qualified web application certificate ("QWAC") described in ETSI Technical Standard 119 495, issued by a trusted service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 ("eIDAS"). If you have not obtained these, the Sandbox supports the use of PSD2 test certificates. Please visit https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/tl-browser/#/ for more details.
The Sandbox also supports the option of testing components of the APIs without the use of eIDAS or PSD2 test certificates but to complete full end to end testing of your application’s integration with our suite of APIs requires the use of certificates.

Once you have completed the enrolment process, your organisation and the nominated contacts will be registered on the Developer Portal. Your nominated contacts will be setup as the “Organisation’s Administrator”.
