To set up the PTSB App, you must be a PTSB customer registered for Open24 Online Banking. If you're already registered for Open24, skip to step 2. If you have not registered for Open24, follow this guide to get set up.
Download the PTSB App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Then follow the steps below:
The first device you use to log in to the PTSB App becomes your registered device. After that, you can sign in securely by entering 3 digits of your Personal Access Number (PAN).

Warning: PTSB will never ask you for all 6 digits of your Personal Access Number.
