At PTSB everything we do is built on a better understanding of our customers as we work to provide a better and more inclusive everyday banking experience for customers in communities all around Ireland.
We understand that from time to time some customers may require additional supports with their everyday banking, including visits to our Branches. That’s why we are proud to have partnered with Ireland’s Autism Awareness Charity, AsIAm to create accredited Autism-friendly in-Branch experiences in a number of our Branch locations.
We know that planning a visit to a Branch can also be important. We have created Sensory Maps to support customers planning Branch visits. You can download a sensory map for the PTSB Branches that are currently accredited.
And this is just the beginning. As part of our commitment, we plan to expand the roll out of our Autism Friendly Branch resources.
